俄罗斯煎饼(俄语:оладьи,羅馬化:oladi;烏克蘭語:оладки,羅馬化:oladky)是俄罗斯[1][2]和乌克兰流行的一種小而厚的薄烤饼[3][4]。俄罗斯煎饼的面糊由小麦或荞麦粉、鸡蛋、牛奶、盐和糖以及酵母或小苏打制成。[5][6]有些口味的俄罗斯煎饼面糊中还可能含有克非尔、酸乳或酸奶。 [1]俄罗斯煎饼还可能包含諸如苹果[6]或葡萄乾之類的添加物。[6]
