賀拔延嗣（?—?），河南洛阳人，唐朝官员。

曾官度支郎中、右金吾将军。景云二年（711年）四月，擔任凉州（治今甘肅省武威市）都督，再充河西节度使，這是唐代正式设置节度使官号之始^[1]。

^ 《通鑑》卷二一〇則以景雲元年十月幽州鎭守經略節度大使薛訥是节度使第一人。胡三省云：“考異曰：統紀，景雲二年四月，以賀拔延嗣為河西節度使。節度使之名自此始。”
